Job Role :Air Freight Operations Manager

Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai

Experience: 6+ Years

Industry: Freight Forwarding

Office Timing : 10.00 am - 6.30pm

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Air Import & Export Operations.
- Handle Air Freight Documentation, Pricing, and Customer Service.
- Coordinate with airlines, overseas agents, customers, and internal teams.
- Ensure timely shipment execution and operational compliance.
- Lead and mentor the operations team while driving service excellence.

Requirements
- 6+ years of Air Freight Operations experience in freight forwarding.
- Strong knowledge of Documentation, Pricing, and Customer Service.
- Team handling experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
