Role Description The Operation Head is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area, responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring that business processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role involves planning and implementing operational strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing workflows to meet organizational goals.
