Job Summary

Dayal Opticals is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Operation Executive to maintain accurate records of inventory, customer information, sales, purchases, and operational data. The candidate will ensure timely and error-free data entry into software systems while supporting store and back-office operations. Accuracy, speed, and confidentiality are essential for this role.

Customer Complaints Across All Branches.

Handling MIS of all stock

All Branches backend querries.

Coordinating with DOM suppliers regarding stock or invoice discrepancies.

Providing complete optical lens support from brands to branches.





Ordering and arranging domestic brand spares for all branches.

Coordinating with Suppliers for Cases and Accessories.

Placing an order for a new article in the absence of the seniors.

Coordinating with Suppliers for fresh orders, details provided by branches.

Supporting Team during recent Branch launch ie-Stock transfer etc.

Supporting Braches in Contact lens PO's.

Coordinating and arranging technical tools and kits for all branches.

Share information regarding brands/Supplier product Warannty,T&C; ect.

Helping and handling logistics support in the absence of the logistics team.
