We are looking for an experienced OpenText Subject Matter Expert (SME) with robust expertise in OpenText Content Server (OTCS), xECM APIs, and integration technologies. The ideal candidate should have a development-oriented background with hands-on experience in APIs, AnswerModules, and enterprise integrations, along with minimal reliance on infrastructure-level activities.

- Design, develop, and maintain solutions using OpenText Content Server (OTCS/OTCM) and xECM for SAP Solutions

- Work extensively on xECM APIs, REST APIs, and AnswerModules (xECM for Everything)

- Build and integrate solutions using REST APIs and web services

- Develop and support custom AnswerModules and API-based integrations

- Work with integration tools and ecosystems like:

- Kafka

- Talend / Control-M jobs
- webMethods

- RPA tools

- Collaborate with business and technical teams to design scalable solutions

- Troubleshoot application-level issues and provide SME-level guidance





- Ensure best practices in code quality, security, and performance optimization

Key skills required:

- Education Any Bachelor’s/Master’s

- OpenText Stack

- OpenText Content Server (OTCS / OTCM) – strong hands-on development

- OpenText Archive Center (OTAC)

- xECM for SAP Solutions (configuration + API-level integration)

- OTDS (LDAP, Entra ID, SAML configurations)

- Strong working experience with:

- AnswerModules
- xECM APIs / REST

- GCI Power Tools, VILT, IRIS, Syntergy

- REST APIs and SOAP web services

- Messaging & integration:

- Kafka
- webMethods

- Batch & ETL:

- Talend

- Control-M

- Java (core + integration)

- SQL (Oracle / MS SQL)

- API development and consumption

- Unix / Linux environments

- Shell scripting (basic to intermediate)

- CI/CD exposure (preferred)
