Job Overview: We are currently seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member of our ground staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of airport services, including check-in, baggage handling, and passenger assistance. You will work closely with other team members to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist passengers at the check-in counter
- Check passengers' tickets and travel documents
- Handle baggage and assist with loading and unloading
- Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and gate changes




- Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and productive manner
- Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure timely departure and arrival of flights
- Assist in the boarding and disembarkation of passengers
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Basic computer skills
