instrucko is seeking passionate and dedicated Online Phonics Instructors to join our global team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging, interactive, and age-appropriate phonics-based English lessons to children aged 3 to 7 years in a virtual classroom setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality phonics lessons focused on letter sounds, blending, segmenting, and decoding skills.
- Design and adapt engaging lesson plans using songs, visuals, stories, and games to make phonics fun and effective.
- Create a strong foundation for early reading and pronunciation in young learners.
- Monitor and assess student progress, and provide timely and constructive feedback.
- Communicate regularly and professionally with parents regarding student development.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.




- Prior experience teaching phonics or early literacy skills to young children (online experience preferred).
- Clear pronunciation and strong command of spoken and written English.
- Creative, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with early learners.
- Comfortable using online teaching platforms and digital tools.
