An “ONLINE STORE/ (e-commerce) OPERATIONS MANAGER” is required immediately for a current Online retail selling (e-commerce) company located in Marthandom, Kanyakumari district, Tamilnadu.

The candidate must be expertise in the day-to-day digital and physical backend of an online store / e-commerce business, who can bridge the gap between front-end web sales and back-end logistics, managing inventory accuracy, order fulfilment, platform performance, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth customer experiences and scalable business growth .

Core Responsibilities

· Inventory Control: Track stock levels, forecast product demand, manage reorder points, and run stock audits across warehouses.

· Fulfillment & Logistics: Oversee shipping partners,



reduce delivery transit times, and resolve supply chain bottlenecks.

· Platform Management: Maintain website functionality, product catalog accuracy, pricing updates, and marketplace listings (such as Amazon Seller Central).

· Cross-Functional Support: Partner with customer service, marketing, and finance teams to reconcile sales data and handle customer dispute resolutions.
