Key Requirements
- Platform Specialization: Minimum of 1 year of dedicated bidding experience on the Upwork platform, demonstrating a thorough understanding of its algorithms, profile optimization, and client acquisition strategies.
- Track Record: A verifiable history of successfully onboarding and closing projects from the international market within the past 6 months.
- Industry Acumen: Comprehensive knowledge of IT services and the sales lifecycle pertinent to Web and Mobile Development, AI/ML solutions.
- Proposal Engineering: Exceptional technical writing and proposal-crafting skills designed to secure high-value client engagements.
- Communication & Negotiation: Superior written and verbal English communication skills, coupled with professional poise in client consultations and contract negotiations.
Core Responsibilities
- Platform Management:
