- Design and implement IAM solutions using One Identity products in alignment with industry standards and best practices
- Customize One Identity Manager components, workflows, and data models based on business requirements
- Build and maintain connectors to integrate target systems and applications
- Work with exposed One Identity APIs to extend system functionality
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into detailed IAM solution designs
- Provide end-to-end implementation support, including configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment
- Engage directly with clients for requirement clarification, solution walkthroughs, and technical discussions
- Ensure secure, scalable, and effective IAM architecture across enterprise environments
- Provide technical support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of implemented IAM solutions
