We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented candidates for the position of Onboarding Executive .

We invite applications from candidates who are:

- Fresh Graduates with an HR Internship, or
- Professionals with 6 Months – 1 Year of experience in HR Operations, Employee Onboarding, or HR Administration.

The selected candidate will have an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in:
- End-to-end Employee Onboarding
- Employee Documentation and KYC Verification
- Coordination with Site HRs, Hiring Managers, and Employees
- UAN (PF)



& ESIC Registration Processes
- HR Documentation and Compliance
- HRMS Operations and Employee Record Management

We are looking for individuals who possess:
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
