Role Description As an Omni Sport Advisor (Water Sports/Running) in Gurugram, you will be the primary contact for customers seeking guidance on products, services, and training related to running and water sports. In this full-time, on-site role, you will welcome and support customers on the sales floor, understand their needs, and recommend suitable equipment, apparel, and accessories. You will actively manage product displays, ensure stock availability,



and maintain a clean, safe, and engaging store environment.

You will contribute to local sport communities by organizing events, demonstrations, and basic training sessions, while gathering feedback to improve the offer and customer experience. Collaboration with teammates, sharing product knowledge, and staying up to date with sport trends will be part of your everyday work. Qualifications

Background in Sports Coaching and Sports Training, ideally in running and/or water sports.

Effective Communication skills to engage customers, explain product features, and provide transparent sport advice.

Passion for running and water sports, with hands-on practice or participation.

Customer-centric mindset and ability to build positive, long-term relationships.

Comfort working in a dynamic retail environment, including weekends and peak hours.

Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams and adapt to feedback.

Relevant education or certifications in sports, fitness, or related fields are beneficial.
