Overview

We are seeking an experienced Offshore Structural Designer to support the design and execution of offshore Oil & Gas projects across FEED, EPC, and detailed engineering phases. The ideal candidate will have strong offshore structural design experience, mandatory SP3D expertise, and a sound understanding of international offshore design standards.

Location - Abu Dhabi

Duration - 12 months(extendible)

Outsourced through Innovations Global package - AED 8000 - AED 11000/month

Key Responsibilities

- Develop detailed structural models and drawings for offshore facilities using SmartPlant 3D (SP3D) .
- Prepare structural design deliverables in line with project specifications and industry standards.
- Coordinate with structural engineers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure design accuracy and timely project delivery.
- Support FEED, EPC, and detailed engineering activities.




- Perform model reviews, resolve design clashes, and ensure constructability.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards such as API, DNV, and ISO .
- Participate in design reviews and maintain quality and HSE standards.

Requirements

- Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 8 -15 years of offshore structural design experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience with SP3D (SmartPlant 3D) .
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and structural design software such as SACS and STAAD.Pro .
- Good knowledge of offshore structural design codes and standards (API, DNV, ISO).
- Robust communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in English.
