Designation: Senior Officer/ Assistant Director Placements Disciplines: Bio Sciences/ Agriculture/ Physical Education/ Hotel Management/ Journalism/ Law Role Objective:

To drive high-quality core placements by building strong industry partnerships aligned with LPU’s academic programs, leveraging corporate sales, relationship management, and employer engagement expertise. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage strategic relationships with industry partners aligned to LPU’s above mentioned disciplines.





Lead end-to-end placement activities including employer onboarding, job mapping, campus drives, and offer closures.

Generate placement opportunities through corporate sales outreach, account management, and industry networking.

Achieve placement targets (number, quality, CTC, core-role alignment).

Maintain placement MIS, employer database, and analytics for reporting and forecasting.

Desired

Profile

Postgraduate with 2-8 years of experience in placements/ corporate sales/ business development, or key account management.

Proven success in industry hiring, B2B sales, or talent acquisition partnerships.

Robust understanding of core industry roles relevant to academic disciplines.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
