- Handling end-to-end transportation operations for all three companies: AAL, MAMPL, and AAEP
- Coordinating with depot personnel, factory teams, and marketing staff to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Monitoring and tracking indents across Pan India.
- Coordinating with factories and suppliers for timely dispatch of materials to various depots.
- Preparing transportation and dispatch-related reports and sharing them with the concerned stakeholders.
- Managing and operating the AIMS App for transportation and logistics activities across all three companies.
- Ensuring timely movement of materials and effective coordination among all departments involved in the supply chain.
