Key Responsibilities Inventory Control & Management: Monitor the stock in inventory, perform physical inventory counts, and use.
Supply Chain Operations: Process purchase orders, manage supplier relationships, and ensure on-time delivery of supplies. Reporting & Analysis: Analyze inventory data to forecast demand, identify bottlenecks, and prepare reports for management.
Administration: Manage office supplies, documentation, and coordination between warehouse and other departments.
Team Leadership: Supervise warehouse staff and delivery staff including training and scheduling.
Required Skills and Qualifications Experience: 3 years in inventory management, logistics, or administration. Inventory management and supply chain handling Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data for forecasting and cost reduction. Basic technical know-how.
Organization: Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
