- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including physical, cognitive, sensory, and functional assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve motor skills, coordination, cognition, and daily functioning.
- Train patients in activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs).
Patient & Caregiver Education
- Educate patients and families on therapy goals, home programs, adaptive strategies, and assistive devices.
- Provide guidance on injury prevention, ergonomics, and environmental modifications.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and ethical guidelines.
Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with physicians, physiotherapists, speech therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences and discharge planning.
