Role & responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities: -

1. Handle Q.A/Q.C. department, Procedures & exposures in dealing with third Party inspection agencies like PESO, BIS, SGS, BV, TUV etc.

2. Well conversant with international codes like ANSI, ASTM, ASME, DIN, BS, MSS SP, API, IS etc.

3. should have good knowledge of Nondestructive (Ultrasonic testing, radiography examination, magnetic particle, testing, die penetration testing, etc.) & destructive examinations. mechanical test as TS, YS, Elongation, Burst test, etc.

4. To ensure quality production

5. Check all parameters as per ISO and prepare reports

6. Raw material inward inspection and quality control

7. Check sorting and P.D.I reports

8. Online process inspection

9. Prepare daily / monthly / yearly rejection & rework reports

10. Action planning & Training Schedules

11. Valuable communication & coordination with all departments

12. Well verse with ISO, TS/IATF16949 Standards PPAP, APQP, CAPA, six sigma, poke yoke & all other reports related to maintain the Quality of product
