The Role

As a Business Analyst, your mission is to bridge the gap between business needs and the development teams execution, ensuring strategic alignment and high quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Requirements Management:
- Coordinate with the team on requirements definition, clarification, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with Product and Solution Management, Product Owners, Software Leaders, and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert for the assigned area.

- Planning Reporting:

- Assist in tracking the execution of features and capabilities.
- Prepare capacity plans and highlight execution risks to customers and stakeholders.
- Work and prepare periodic reports and burn-down charts to track progress.
- Provides transparency and radiates status to all relevant stakeholders (e.g., RTE / Lean Portfolio Management (LPM)).

- Quality Expertise:

- Fosters the preparation of Vision and Backlogs, ensuring they are ready for Sprint/PI planning.




- Adhere to and foster built-in quality practices.
- Advise and mentor more junior team members to maximize overall productivity and effectiveness.

What we expect from you

- You have a Computer Science Engineering qualification (B.E. or B.Tech or M.Tech) from a reputed university.
- 5-8 years of experience in a similar role.
- You are passionate about Embedded systems, Controllers, IoT, IIoT and Up-to-date web applications.
- Experience in working in Agile/Scrum teams and following agile process.
- Knowledge and experience with tools like Azure DevOps and/or Jira for requirements tracking and reporting.
