Manager/Lead- Testing(Hybrid M+A)

Product Development Position Overview

We are seeking a Manager/Lead Hybrid Tester (M+A) to oversee manual and automated testing across a US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) platform. This role will lead functional, integration, regression, AI/GenAI, Agentic AI, autonomous agent, RPA, microservices, and cloud pipeline testing, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and production-ready deliverables. The ideal candidate will define QA strategy, manage a team of testers, and ensure end-to-end testing coverage for Claims, Prior Authorization, Scheduling, Coding, Collections, and EDI modules.

Job Roles Responsibilities

QA Strategy Leadership :

- Define and implement QA strategy for manual, automated, and AI/GenAI-assisted testing.
- Lead a team of manual and automated testers, providing mentorship and performance guidance.
- Establish testing standards, best practices, and processes across functional, regression, performance, and integration testing.
- Collaborate with product, development, DevOps, AI/ML, and RPA teams to align QA processes with development and deployment pipelines.

Manual Automated Testing :

- Plan, design, and execute manual test cases for new features, bug fixes, and workflows.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize automation test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, or similar frameworks.
- Implement CI/CD integrated test automation pipelines for microservices, cloud deployments, and AI workflows.
- Validate AI/GenAI, Agentic AI, and autonomous agent decisions via test automation and scenario simulations.
- Conduct integration, end-to-end, and regression testing for microservices, APIs, and RPA processes.

AI / Agentic AI Autonomous Systems Testing :

- Design and implement test cases for AI models, LLMs, GenAI outputs, and autonomous agents.
- Validate multi-agent orchestration workflows and RPA-driven automated operations.
- Ensure agentic AI decisions are auditable, compliant,



and explainable.
- Test feedback loops, memory/context handling, and decision pipelines for AI/agentic workflows.

Cloud, Microservices Pipeline Validation :

- Collaborate with DevOps and MLOps teams to integrate QA into CI/CD and LLM Ops pipelines.
- Validate cloud deployments, containerized applications (Docker/Kubernetes), and event-driven microservices for reliability and performance.
- Conduct performance, load, and stress testing on APIs, microservices, and AI/agentic systems.

Compliance Governance :

- Ensure testing practices comply with HIPAA, SOC 2, and healthcare regulatory standards.
- Maintain audit trails for AI/agentic decisions, RPA workflows, and cloud deployments.
- Implement secure test data management and PHI masking in test environments.

Reporting Continuous Improvement :

- Provide QA metrics, dashboards, and reports to stakeholders.
- Identify process improvements, automation opportunities, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Foster a culture of quality-first development, automation, and innovation.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in QA/testing, including manual, automated, and hybrid testing.
- Proven experience leading QA teams and managing hybrid testing projects.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML, GenAI, Agentic AI, autonomous agents, and RPA validation is highly preferred.
- Solid knowledge of microservices, APIs, cloud deployments, CI/CD, and DevOps integration.




- Familiarity with healthcare RCM systems and HIPAA/SOC 2 compliance is preferred.

Technical Expertise :

- Manual Testing: Functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, UAT
- Automation Tools: Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, JUnit, Appium, or similar
- AI/LLM/GenAI Testing: Agentic AI, autonomous agents, multi-agent workflows, feedback loops
- RPA Testing: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism integration with AI workflows
- Microservices API Testing: REST API, SOAP, event-driven system validation, Postman, SoapUI
- Cloud DevOps Integration: AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/CloudFormation)
- Big Data Analytics: Snowflake, Spark, Hadoop, Redshift (for AI/agentic workflows testing)
- Compliance: HIPAA, SOC 2, PHI masking, audit trail validation.
