RPA Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled RPA Engineer to design, develop, and maintain intelligent automation solutions that integrate Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with AI/ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI systems in the US Healthcare and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domain. This role focuses on building scalable, secure, and resilient automation workflows using RPA platforms such as UiPath and Automation Anywhere, integrated with AI agents, NLP, cloud services, APIs, and data platforms, to enable end-to-end automation of healthcare and financial operations.

Job Roles Responsibilities

RPA Solution Design Development :

- Design, develop, and deploy RPA workflows using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar platforms.
- Automate healthcare and RCM processes such as:
- Claims submission and processing

- Eligibility verification

- Denial management and follow-ups

- Payment posting and reconciliation

- Patient billing and reporting

Ensure bots are scalable, reusable, secure, and production-ready

Intelligent Automation AI Integration :

- Integrate RPA bots with AI/ML and GenAI systems, including:
- NLP models for document understanding and text extraction

- AI/ML models for predictions and decision-making

- Agentic AI systems for autonomous workflow orchestration

- Enable AI-driven automation, where AI agents decide and RPA bots execute actions.
- Support hybrid automation with human-in-the-loop approvals when required

Cloud, API System Integration :

- Integrate RPA solutions with:
- REST APIs and .NET Core microservices

- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Enterprise applications (EHR, billing, payer portals, CRM, ERP)

- Deploy and manage bots in cloud-native and hybrid environments.




- Implement secure credential handling, secrets management, and access controls

Automation Architecture Governance :

- Follow best practices for RPA architecture, bot lifecycle management, and reusability.
- Implement logging, monitoring, exception handling, and alerting for bots.
- Support BotOps / RPA Ops practices:
- Version control

Deployment pipelines
- Rollback and recovery strategies

Ensure automation solutions meet enterprise security, compliance, and audit requirements.

Security, Compliance Healthcare Standards :

- Ensure RPA solutions comply with HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2, and organizational security policies.
- Implement controls for data privacy, auditability, and traceability.
- Work closely with compliance and security teams in regulated healthcare environments

Collaboration Continuous Improvement :

- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, cloud architects, business analysts, and healthcare SMEs.
- Participate in process discovery, automation feasibility analysis, and solution design.
- Maintain documentation for bot logic, workflows, and operational runbooks.
- Mentor junior RPA developers and promote automation best practices.

Candidate Requirements :

- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 3 7+ years of experience in RPA development and intelligent automation.
- Hands-on experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere,



or equivalent RPA tools.
- Experience integrating RPA with APIs, databases, and cloud services.
- Exposure to AI/ML, NLP, or GenAI-based automation is highly preferred.
- Experience in US Healthcare and RCM workflows is a strong advantage.

Technical Expertise :

- RPA Platforms : UiPath, Automation Anywhere
- Automation Concepts : Attended/Unattended bots, queues, orchestrators
- AI Integration : NLP, AI/ML model consumption, GenAI-based automation
- APIs : REST, JSON, .NET Core service integration
- Cloud Platforms : AWS, Azure, GCP
- Data Handling : SQL, files, structured/unstructured data
- DevOps : Git, CI/CD pipelines for bot deployment
- Security : Credential vaults, access control, audit logs.
