Product Development Position Overview

The Auto Tester will be responsible for automating test cases, creating test scripts, and ensuring the overall quality of software applications, with an emphasis on Big Data Analytics, AI/ML, Bedrock, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The role will leverage Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) principles, integrate AI-driven testing tools, and use Big Data for large-scale test data generation and analysis. Additionally, Bedrock will be used for AI-powered testing models and automation. An Auto Tester focuses on test automation, leveraging AI/ML models, RPA, BDD frameworks, and Big Data technologies to ensure the quality and performance of cloud-based solutions and software products.

Job Roles Responsibilities

AI-Powered Test Automation Strategy :

- Define test automation strategy, incorporating AI/ML models for intelligent test generation, defect prediction, and automation using tools like Claude and GenAI.
- Utilize Big Data Analytics to analyze application logs and system behavior at scale, and optimize testing workflows across large datasets.
- Integrate Bedrock and other AWS AI services for real-time test data analysis, automation, and model-based decision-making during testing processes.

Big Data Integration for Testing :

- Leverage Big Data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) to handle massive datasets and integrate them into the test automation pipeline.
- Use AI and ML models to analyze data patterns and predict potential failure points in complex, large-scale systems, creating test cases for untested scenarios.

BDD for Testing :

- Implement BDD frameworks (e.g., Cucumber,



Gherkin) to ensure automated tests are easily understood by both technical and non-technical teams.
- Translate business requirements and user stories into automated test scripts using NLP and BDD principles, promoting collaboration and continuous feedback.

AI-Driven Test Maintenance Optimization :

- Continuously optimize test cases by leveraging ML/DL to identify redundant tests, simulate complex scenarios, and adjust test suites in real-time based on application updates.
- Use Agentic AI to dynamically adjust test scripts based on real-time application behavior, ensuring tests remain relevant and robust.

Collaboration Reporting :

- Integrate AI-based testing tools within CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing, utilizing Bedrock for advanced model execution and report generation.
- Provide detailed insights and AI-generated test reports to stakeholders, identifying key areas for improvement and prioritizing tests based on AI-driven analysis.

RPA for Test Process Automation :

- Automate repetitive manual testing tasks, including test execution and defect reporting, using RPA tools to free up resources for more complex tasks.
- Integrate RPA solutions with AI/ML models for intelligent defect detection and automated remediation.





Candidate Requirements :

- Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in test automation, including knowledge of Big Data Analytics and AI/ML testing tools.
- Hands-on experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber, SpecFlow), RPA tools (e.g., UiPath), and Big Data tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
- Familiarity with AWS Bedrock for AI integration in testing.

Technical Expertise :

- Proficiency in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Appium) and BDD principles.
- Experience working with Big Data platforms (Hadoop, Spark, AWS Redshift) for automated test data generation.
- Familiarity with GenAI, Claude, and Agentic AI tools for test case generation and defect prediction.
- Knowledge of AI-driven testing models, RPA solutions, and their integration into CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and Bedrock for AI-driven automation.

Skillset :

- Solid problem-solving skills to apply AI/ML models for test optimization and automation.
- Excellent communication skills to translate business requirements into automated test scripts.
- Experience with Big Data tools to scale and manage testing for large applications.
- Ability to design and implement AI-powered test automation frameworks, utilizing RPA and Cloud services.
