Implementation Manager

Product Development Position Overview

We are seeking an Implementation Manager to lead the deployment and adoption of complex healthcare technology solutions across our US RCM platform. This role focuses on planning, coordinating, and executing implementations for Claims, Prior Authorization, Scheduling, Coding, Collections, EDI, AI/GenAI, Agentic AI, LLM-based agents, and RPA workflows.

The Implementation Manager ensures timely, compliant, and high-quality delivery while collaborating with product, development, QA, AI/ML, DevOps, and client teams.

Job Roles Responsibilities

Implementation Planning Execution :

- Develop detailed implementation plans, timelines, and resource allocation for each client engagement or system rollout.
- Coordinate across internal teams (DevOps, AI/ML, QA, RPA, product) and client stakeholders to ensure seamless deployment.
- Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables against agreed timelines.
- Ensure all implementations adhere to HIPAA, SOC 2, and other regulatory compliance standards.

Client Engagement Communication :

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during implementations.
- Conduct kick-off meetings, status updates, and post-implementation reviews.
- Manage client expectations, issue resolution, and escalation processes.
- Provide guidance to clients on best practices, configuration, and system optimization.

Technical AI/Automation Oversight :

- Coordinate deployment of AI/GenAI models, LLM-based agents, Agentic AI workflows, and RPA processes.
- Validate that autonomous agents, multi-agent workflows, and AI-driven operations are functioning as intended in client environments.
- Collaborate with DevOps and MLOps/LLMOps teams to ensure smooth integration into cloud, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.




- Conduct testing and validation for automation workflows, APIs, and microservices before go-live.

Training Knowledge Transfer :

- Organize training sessions and workshops for client teams on recent systems and workflows.
- Develop user guides, documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure knowledge transfer for AI/agentic workflows, RPA automation, and cloud deployment processes.

Risk Quality Management :

- Identify, track, and mitigate implementation risks and potential roadblocks.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure quality, performance, and client satisfaction.
- Ensure proper audit trails, PHI masking, and compliance documentation.

Continuous Improvement

- Collect feedback from clients and internal teams to improve implementation processes.
- Recommend process enhancements, automation, and AI/agentic workflow optimizations.
- Support scalable, repeatable implementation frameworks for future deployments.

Candidate Requirements :

- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, IT, Healthcare IT, or related field.
- 6 10+ years of experience in implementation, deployment, or project delivery roles.
- Experience in US Healthcare / RCM systems preferred (Claims, Prior Authorization, Scheduling, Coding, Collections, EDI).
- Strong exposure to AI/GenAI, LLM Ops, Agentic AI, RPA, Cloud, Microservices, and DevOps pipelines.




- Proven record of successful client implementations, onboarding, and adoption.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, SOC 2, GDPR compliance standards.

Technical Expertise :

- Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP
- AI/ML / GenAI / LLM / Agentic AI deployments
- RPA Platforms: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism
- Microservices API architectures
- CI/CD pipelines, MLOps/LLMOps, DevOps integration
- Big Data / Analytics platforms: Snowflake, Spark, Hadoop, Redshift, EMR
