Technical/Functional Knowledge and Skills required:

1. Knowledge of design change and release management process using PLM (Enovia preferred)

2. Knowledge of implementation of Program management using PLM

3. Knowledge of CAD software (ProE/NX preferred)

Key Deliverables / Accountabilities of the Position: Roles & Responsibilities are as below

1. Support to PLM users in resolving Level 1 and Level 2 issues pertaining to Change management

2. Support to PLM users in resolving Level 1 issues pertaining to Project management

3. Provide Training to PLM users on Change management and project management

4. Maintain and circulate lesson learnt document to users

5. Maintain departmental documents

6. Coordinate between support and user in resolving the issues

Follow SLA defined for resolving the issues

8. Look for opportunities to continuously improve program management practices

9. Maintaining effort hours based on issues

10. Tracking SR and Software updates
