Responsibilities:

1. Work on all aspect of software product life cycle (requirement gathering, design, coding, testing, release etc)

2. Develop and code current features in software

3. Improvements, bug fixes in existing software

4. Develop web based application and provide extension for mobile application

6. Ability to understand and perform 3rd party integration (SQL server, Zoho, Salesforce, PowerBI, Quickbooks, Sage, Googlesuites, Microsoft office 365, leading ERPs, etc)

7. Ability to design user centric software: simple, intuitive and user friendly

8. Deliver code in time and within budget

9. Independently manage tasks with little oversight, self-starter

10. Team player who can coordinate with other team members

Desired Skills:

1. Bachelor/Masters in Computer Management (MCM) or Bachelors/Diploma in Computer Engineering
2. (BE)
3. Min 3-5 yrs software development experience (more experience is desirable)
4. Languages expertise: PHP (must), Python, SQL, Javascript (must), .NET (optional but desirable) ,



AJAX, HTLM, CSSMongoDB
5. Database: MySQL(MUST), MSAccess, MangoDb (optional)
6. Experience with LAMP and XMAP stack environment is MUST, expertise in full stack development is MUST
7. Software frameworks: codeignitor, Laravel or similar MVC framework is MUST
8. Hands on experience with AI based tools like Cursor, Claude, github copilot is MUST
9. Experience of 3rd party integration is highly desirable
10. Knowledge of version control, issue tracking tools like SVN, Bitbucket , Jira etc
11. Ability to understand and quickly learn open source technologies
12. software development methodologies (Agile development cycle), software processes
13. Good Oral and written English communication
14. Analytical thinking ability, team player, professional conduct and ethical work habits
