Tech Lead / Full Stack Developer

1. Technical Leadership

- Lead the design, architecture, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade web and mobile applications.
- Define technical architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.
- Review application architecture and ensure scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Mentor and guide software developers through code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing.
- Estimate project timelines, allocate development tasks, and monitor progress.
- Drive Agile development practices including sprint planning, technical estimation, and release management.
- Evaluate and recommend current technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve development efficiency.

2. Application Development

- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-performance web and mobile applications for FarmSanta's Agritech ecosystem.
- Build responsive and scalable user interfaces using React.js.
- Develop robust backend services using Node.js (Express/NestJS) and Java (Spring Boot preferred).
- Develop reusable components and modular application architecture.
- Build RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Ensure applications are optimized for performance, scalability, and security.
- Participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

3. Database Design & Backend Development

- Design, develop, and maintain databases using PostgreSQL.
- Optimize SQL queries, indexing, and database performance.
- Implement database backup, recovery, and security best practices.
- Design efficient database schemas for enterprise applications.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control (RBAC).
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security across applications.

4. System Architecture & Integration

- Design scalable, modular, and microservices-based application architecture.
- Ensure seamless integration between frontend, backend, mobile applications, APIs, and databases.




- Integrate third-party APIs such as Payment Gateways, WhatsApp, SMS, Email, Google Maps, and Authentication services.
- Participate in architecture reviews and technical decision-making.
- Ensure system interoperability across FarmSanta business applications.

5. Cloud, DevOps & Deployment

- Deploy and manage applications on AWS Cloud (EC2, RDS, S3, Route 53, CloudFront).
- Configure Docker containers and CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage Linux/Ubuntu servers, Apache/Nginx configurations, SSL certificates, and application hosting.
- Monitor application performance, server health, and system availability.
- Support production deployments and troubleshoot post-production issues.

6. Code Quality & Performance

- Write clean, scalable, reusable, and well-documented code.
- Conduct peer code reviews and enforce coding standards.
- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, profiling, and performance optimization.
- Ensure secure coding practices and compliance with industry standards.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for applications, APIs, and deployment processes.

7. Team Collaboration & Project Delivery

- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, DevOps, and Business Teams.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative engineering culture.
- Support production issues and ensure continuous application improvement.
