- Maintain website security and perform regular updates.

Automation

- Develop automation solutions for business processes.
- Integrate third-party APIs.
- Automate HR, Sales, Finance, and Operations workflows.
- Create automated email notifications and reporting systems.
- Build dashboards for business monitoring.
- Reduce manual work through workflow automation.

Database Management

- Design and maintain SQL/MySQL databases.
- Write optimized database queries.
- Ensure data security and backup procedures.

Integration

- Integrate ERP, CRM, HRMS, payment gateways, and other applications.
- Work with REST APIs and web services.
- Connect cloud applications with internal systems.

AI & Automation Tools

Experience with tools such as:

- ChatGPT/OpenAI API
- Microsoft Power Automate
- Zapier
- Make (Integromat)
