We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused General Insurance Executive to manage general insurance business, including policy sales, renewals, servicing, claims coordination, and business development. The candidate will work closely with insurance companies and clients to provide suitable insurance solutions and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

- Generate recent business for Motor, Health, Travel, Property, Marine, and other General Insurance products.
- Identify prospective clients through referrals, leads, and existing customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Cross-sell and upsell insurance products to existing clients.

Client Servicing

- Assist clients in selecting appropriate insurance products based on their requirements.
- Provide quotations, policy comparisons, and product information.
- Ensure timely policy issuance, endorsements, and renewals.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term business growth.

Claims Management





- Coordinate with insurance companies for claim registration and settlement.
- Assist clients with claim documentation and follow-up.
- Ensure smooth and timely resolution of claims-related issues.

Operations & Compliance

- Maintain accurate records of policies, renewals, claims, and client communications.
- Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and company policies.
- Prepare MIS reports and business performance reports.
- Coordinate with insurers for underwriting, policy issuance, and servicing activities.

Required Skills

- Sound knowledge of General Insurance products and processes.
- Understanding of IRDAI regulations and insurance broking operations.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and CRM systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet business targets.
