Reporting To: Regional Franchise Lead West Function: Franchise Expansion / Business Development
Role Purpose :Support the Regional Franchise Lead in scaling the franchise business across the West region by identifying, qualifying and converting prospective franchise partners, while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely store launches and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive franchise lead generation and build a strong investor pipeline.
- Conduct franchise presentations, commercial discussions and ROI conversations.
Manage the complete franchise sales cycle from lead to agreement signing.
- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Legal, Projects and Commercial teams for store launch readiness.
- Maintain CRM, sales pipeline and forecasting reports.
- Support market mapping and identify new expansion opportunities.
- Build relationships with brokers, consultants and channel partners.
- Travel extensively across the West region to meet prospective partners.
- Support achievement of regional franchise expansion targets.

- Number of franchise stores signed
- Pipeline creation and conversion ratio
- Lead-to-signing turnaround time
Store launch success
- Revenue contribution
- CRM hygiene and reporting accuracy
Candidate Profile
3-6 years in franchise sales, B2B sales, retail expansion or business development.
MBA preferred; graduate mandatory.
Excellent negotiation, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Willing to travel extensively across Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa and other West markets.
