Job Description:

Salescom Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in headhunting, stakeholder management, and end-to-end recruitment, with the ability to successfully hire for sales, technology, and support functions.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a fast-growing UK-based Telecom, Managed IT, and Cybersecurity business while managing critical hiring requirements across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Headhunt and attract top talent through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, other job portals referrals, and networking channels.
- Drive hiring for Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, Technical, and Leadership roles.
- Partner with Line Managers and Business Heads to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct market mapping and talent intelligence activities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Achieve hiring targets and maintain defined recruitment turnaround times (TATs).
- Support employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3 to 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Executive Search.
- Strong experience in headhunting and closing niche or critical positions.




- Experience hiring for the following:
- SDR / Inside Sales / International Sales/Phone Sales
- Account Management / Customer Success
- Customer Support
- Software Development
- Cybersecurity
- Managed IT Services
- Prior exposure to international hiring, preferably for the UK market.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and driven to achieve hiring goals.

Employment Details

Education Qualification : Graduation is compulsory

Excellent Verbal & Written English Communication is mandatory.

Work Location : Salt Lake, Sec V, Kolkata

Shift Timings

- Monday to Friday: 1:15 PM 10:30 PM
- Alternate Saturdays: 1:15 PM 6:30 PM
