Role & responsibilities

- Provide Strategic direction to the project team.
- Supervise and mentor site team, establish project management Framework & SOPs.
- Coordination with multiple vendors contractors, ensure their timely payment.
- Monitor progress of project against approved plans.
- Foresight for ensuring availability of required resources to ensure planned progress.
- Resolve any escalation from site team. Multiple Vendors and ensure all the project heads and remove execution bottlenecks.
- Coordination with corporate planning team, architects, consultants & vendors.
- Regulatory & compliance oversight.
- Oversee project Budgets, cashflows and financial forecasts.
- Ensure adherence to cost control norms and recommend value engineering initiatives.
- Create a culture of accountability, coordination and continuous improvement.




- Act as a single point of contact for the COOCEO on all project matters.
- Present periodic dashboards, risk assessments, progress reports and commissioning readiness updates.
- Validate readiness checklists, compliance documentation, systems integration and oversee handover to operations teams.

Preferred candidate profile

- 15 years of experience in large scale real estate developments. 20 Years of experience for diploma engineers.
- Experience with large structural steel construction in real estate shall be preferred.
- Positive knowledge of all services (HVAC, electrical, ELV, PHE, Fire protection & Detection).
