Role Objective

The Operations Executive will ensure 100% product availability and seamless order fulfillment across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart) and Quick Commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart). You will be responsible for the "Last Mile" success by managing inwarding, stock health, and platform-level operational compliance.

Key Responsibilities1. Quick Commerce Hub Management

- Store-Level Inventory: Monitor "Dark Store" level inventory daily to prevent stock-outs on Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart.
- PO & Inwarding: Coordinate the creation and tracking of Purchase Orders (POs). Ensure that stock sent to platform hubs is "inwarded" within 2448 hours.
- Fill Rate Optimization: Maintain a Fill Rate of >95%. Analyze "Lost Sales" data to identify which regions or stores are underperforming.

2. Marketplace Operations (FBA/FBF)

- Appointment Scheduling: Manage slots for stock replenishment at Amazon (FBA) and Flipkart (FBF) fulfillment centers.
- Returns & RTO: Track and process Return-to-Origin (RTO) and customer returns.



Conduct "Quality Checks" on returned stock to minimize liquidations.
- Listing Health: Monitor "Suppressed Listings" or "Buy Box" losses due to operational errors (e.g., pricing errors or incorrect dimensions).

3. Supply Chain Coordination

- Warehouse Liaison: Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure picking, packing, and dispatch happen within the platform's SLA (Service Level Agreement).
- Logistics Tracking: Coordinate with 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) partners like Delhivery, BlueDart, or Ecom Express for non-hyperlocal shipments.

4. Data & Compliance

- Daily MIS: Maintain a master sheet of "Stock on Hand" (SOH) across all virtual and physical pools.
- Expiry Management: For FMCG/Beauty, track FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) to ensure no near-expiry products are sitting in platform dark stores.
- Payments & Reconciliation: Reconcile physical stock against platform reports to identify "Missing Inventory" or payment discrepancies.
