Role & responsibilities

- Conduct and leverage ongoing research in business-critical areas that support learning development and delivery.
- Support junior team members with ongoing feedback and guidance to transferring knowledge, best practices, resources, etc. to support the overall performance of the team.
- Owns and manages long-term deliverables where junior team members may be aligned to support.
- Will deliver training to the business (locally or globally), while supporting the development and delivery of more junior team members.
- Will lead various projects or programs being delivered within the Business Academy team.
- Will lead the promotion and awareness of learning opportunities to the business, identifying
- current and innovative approach to connect with the target audience

- Is proficient in use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, in line with team needs
- Learning facilitation perceived as advanced, able to connect with a live audience (virtual or in-person)
- Understands the concepts of learning design, impact, and evaluation and can explain them to others in the team

- Program management (i.e. overseeing a specific learning program from an administrative perspective)
- Analyzing and presenting data in a meaningful way to business stakeholders

It would be advantageous if the candidate has experience working for a financial services company such as TMF Group, but it is not mandatory. Additionally, an interest or background in Artificial Intelligence (AI) or using technology to enhance training methods would be adventageous.
