Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, automation frameworks, and monitoring solutions to improve software delivery and operational efficiency. The role requires close collaboration with development, QA, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure scalable, secure, and highly available applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application deployment.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Deploy, configure, and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Monitor system health, application performance, and infrastructure availability.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Implement security best practices across infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve build, release, and deployment processes.
- Manage configuration management tools and automate routine operational tasks.
- Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity strategies.
- Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Document infrastructure, deployment procedures, and operational processes.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of DevOps principles and best practices.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or Bamboo.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or GCP.




- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Strong Linux/Unix administration skills.
- Experience with Git and version control systems.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Splunk, Datadog, or Nagios.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, DNS, load balancing, SSL/TLS, firewalls, and security best practices.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes Helm and service mesh technologies.
- Experience with DevSecOps practices.
- Familiarity with SRE principles and observability.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of vulnerability management and compliance standards.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 410 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), Terraform Associate, or Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) are preferred.
