1. Provide end-to-end technical support and services for Paints and Coatings , Construction Raw materials supplied by Vimal Intertrade
Have in depth knowledge and grip on formulation designing , optimization and knows the function /role of the constituents in the segments below
- Paints & Coatings:- Industrial Paints ( Can /Coil /Protective / Powder) /Auto Refinish- Metal and Plastics /Wood Coatings/ Floor Coatings
- Construction:-Water proofing / Water proofing binders /Ext and interior wall coating, Tile grouts /Tile adhesives/ Admixtures / Drymix In depth application knowledge of HEC/MHEC/HPMC/RDP/ Water repellents/Shrinkage Reducing agent /Biocides/Inorganic Pigments/ Additives & Surfactants – Such as Various defoamer/ W&D; / Rheology Modifiers , etc
1. Drive customer engagement viz. product qualification, application developments, carrying custom-designed formulation based on the guidelines provided by the suppliers, taking trials at customer-ends,
coordinating with suppliers’ and customers’ technical team to workout end-to-end solution meeting end-users’ performance criteria.
2. Driving current projects from concept-to-commercialization capturing new business opportunities within above segments , and Knowledge of the adhesive application added extra advantage.
3. Work closely and in collaboration with sales/marketing team and suppliers’ R&D; for new product launches, new application promotion & execution in targeted suitable end applications.
4. To conduct training for internal sales team, technical sessions at customer’ end & maintain technical documentations.
5. For above segments you must aware about the basic resin chemistry, selection criteria of individual RM along with its function, end application suitability , stoichiometric calculations etc
6. Additional expertise in the Specialty Monomers, Non Ionic Surfactants- their end use /application added extra advantage
