Job Summary

Jewel Impex is looking for a detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage billing verification, inventory records, ERP entries, shipment planning, and logistics documentation. The ideal candidate should have experience in inventory management, documentation, and coordination with vendors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Verify Material Bills (Rate, Size, Weight, GST, Quantity) and ensure accurate ERP entries.
- Check Packing Bills (Rate, Size, GST, Quantity).
- Update and maintain Stock Sheets and Inventory Records.
- Manage Product Coding and master data updates.
- Verify Vendor Details, Bill Weight, and Imported Material records.
- Plan and coordinate shipments and related documentation.
- Update Price Charts for Labour, Copper, Polish, Logo, Plating, Color, Hammered, Vinyl, and other processes.
- Prepare, verify, and follow up on Debit Notes, including checking Rates, Weight, GST, Invoice Number,



Date, and Quantity.
- Prepare Logistics Declarations such as ISFTA and COO documents.
- Manage Inward and Outward inventory transactions.
- Handle Debit Note Confirmation and vendor/internal email communication.

Requirements

- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Inventory Management, Documentation, or Supply Chain.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Understanding of GST, invoice verification, and inventory processes.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities.

Preferred

- Experience in the Jewellery, Export, Manufacturing, or Trading industry will be an added advantage.
