Age - 20 to 35 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Policy Renewals: Facilitate timely collection and processing of renewal premiums, manage lapse-revival requests, and proactively communicate with policyholders regarding upcoming due dates to minimize lapses.
- Policy Surrenders & Alterations: Process surrender requests, claim intimations, and policy endorsement applications strictly adhering to regulatory guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Documentation & Verification: Ensure accuracy and completeness of all customer-submitted documentation, KYC compliance, and data entry into the core insurance system.
- Check & Cash Handling: Manage physical cash collection, check deposits, and daily reconciliation in alignment with internal audit and compliance controls.
- Cross sales for life insurance product
