Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee our urban department related projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating all aspects of the project, including planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. The goal of this project is to manage and enhance revenue generation through various strategies and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders, including government officials, urban planners, financial experts, and community representatives.
- Lead a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks and challenges that may impact project success.
- Collaborate with external partners and agencies to leverage resources and expertise.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

- MBA/M. Com (10+ years of experience), public administration, finance, urban planning, or a related field. Master s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects, preferably in the public sector or urban development context.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders. Preferably able to communicate in Marathi language too.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with urban revenue generation mechanisms, tax policies, and financial management principles.
- Experience working with government agencies, non-profit organizations, or international development projects is desirable.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and rapid-paced environment.
- Commitment to integrity, transparency, and accountability in project implementation.
