Role & responsibilities
1. Provide excellent customer support for our Educational ERP software.
2. Address client queries and issues efficiently via On-Site Visit, phone, email, and chat.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
4. Ability to work independently and handle customer concerns professionally.
5. Basic knowledge of IT and AI is essential.
Preferred candidate profile
Under Graduate from B.Com, BAF, BBI, BBA, BMS stream as a part of Internship/On job training as per the university curriculum.
Training & Advantages
3 Months training will be provided by MICM along with AI as a part of Internship/On job
training as per the university curriculum.
