- Developing commercial models for each bid
- Interacting with suppliers/service providers to get the required quotations as per the bid requirements
- Interacting with F&A;, contracts and legal to ensure all the clauses are covered effectively in the commercial model
- Develop terms and conditions to be submitted with the proposal. Validate against a standard terms and conditions template.
- Co-ordinate with legal, contracts and finance team to develop the pre-bid query document
- Highlight any deviations needs to be taken
- Develop a risk management document highlighting all the risks and suggestive mitigation strategies for the BVH/bid in charge from the department
- Ensure document control and revision control of the costing sheet or any other finance and accounts related documents
- Develop bid approval note/opportunity evaluation sheet
Preferred candidate profile
- Competencies : Highly conversant with Microsoft Office packages ( Word and Excel ).
- Advance Excel user (preferable)
- Explicit understanding of finance and accounting
- Skills: Able to create , format documents and Excel Spreadsheets.
- Able to use MS Excel formulas and tools efficiently.
