Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented resource with a strong background in placements or recruitment to drive aggressive month-on-month student placements. The ideal candidate should be passionate about outcomes, skilled in onboarding companies, and capable of building lasting corporate relationships to consistently meet and exceed placement targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Aggressive Company Onboarding
- Identify, pitch, and onboard new hiring partners across industries with a focus on finance, accounting, analytics, and tech.
- Leverage robust communication and sales techniques to generate interest and convert leads into active recruiters.
- Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with decision-makers, HR leaders, and recruitment heads.
- Student Placement Execution:
- Drive month-on-month student placements by actively coordinating hiring opportunities and interview processes.
- Work with students to assess readiness, guide them on job profiles, and prepare them for success




- Match student profiles to job roles, coordinate interviews, and close offers swiftly.
- Target Ownership & Performance Tracking:
- Own and achieve aggressive placement targets as mentioned below:
Minimum 20 new companies onboarded/month
Minimum 25 students placed/month
- Report weekly on pipeline progress, placement closures, and hiring partner feedback.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Coordinate with internal academic and training teams to align placement readiness.
- Deliver timely updates and clear communication to students and employers.
- Represent the organization in hiring drives, virtual job fairs, and employer meetings.
