We are seeking an experienced Python Developer with strong fundamentals in Python, backend development, and REST API design. The role requires hands-on coding, problem-solving, debugging production issues, and building scalable, testable backend systems using modern Python frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and optimize Python-based backend services and REST APIs
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable Python code
- Implement business logic using appropriate data structures and algorithms
- Debug and troubleshoot production issues effectively
- Perform unit testing and ensure code quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in code reviews
- Contribute to system design and architectural discussions.

Required Skills

- Robust proficiency in Python with solid understanding of core data types and OOP concepts
- Experience with data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving
- Hands-on experience with Django, Flask,



or FastAPI for backend and REST API development
- Knowledge of REST APIs, authentication, and request/response lifecycle
- Familiarity with unit testing (pytest) and exception handling
- Understanding of multithreading, multiprocessing, and GIL
- Experience with SQL databases and Python database connectivity
- Ability to debug and troubleshoot production issues
- Basic understanding of application architecture (scalability, reusability, separation of concerns)

Preferred Qualification

- 5+ years of Python backend development experience
- Experience in production support and debugging
- Basic understanding of application architecture (3-tier, scalability, testability)
- Exposure to microservices is a plus.
