Preferred candidate profile

- Deal Management: Lead the execution of M&A;, private equity, and structured finance mandates from inception to closing.
- Transaction Structuring: Assist Partners in structuring complex deals, including reviewing Share Purchase Agreements (SPA) and Shareholders Agreements (SHA), with a focus on commercial protection (e.g., Reserved Matters, Exit Rights, and Indemnities).
- Quality Control: Oversee the work of Analysts, ensuring the absolute accuracy of financial models, valuation ranges, and investor collateral.
- Client Engagement: Act as the "front-line" for client queries,



managing expectations and providing regular updates on market feedback and process milestones.
- Business Development: Support senior leadership in origination efforts by drafting tailored proposals and identifying white-space opportunities in the market.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

- Education: MBA from a Tier-1 institute, Chartered Accountant (CA), or CFA Charterholder.
- Experience: 3-5 years of core Investment Banking/Fund experience.
- Advanced Valuation: Deep expertise in nuanced valuation adjustments (e.g., NWC pegs)
