Role & Responsibilities:

- Develop high-quality, scalable, and enterprise-grade applications using Core Java.

- Participate in the full software development lifecycle: design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Ensure software compliance with security, performance, and scalability standards.

- Manage version control and release of software components with proper documentation.

- Liaise effectively with internal teams, external customers, and vendors for technical support.

- Conduct unit testing, regression testing, and support during integration/UAT phases.

- Continuously explore and propose new technologies to improve software solutions.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 10+ years of hands-on software development experience in Core Java.

- Strong understanding of enterprise-grade application design, performance, and scalability.

- Experience in software versioning, deployment, and documentation.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proactive in learning recent technologies and improving development processes.
