An ITRS Tool Administrator configures, maintains, and supports the ITRS Group monitoring ecosystemmost notably ITRS Geneos.
Responsibilities:
Platform Administration: Install, upgrade, and configure ITRS monitoring components (e.g., Geneos Netprobe, Gateway, Active Console, and Web Dashboard) across distributed environments.
Alert & Dashboard Management: Design custom views, dashboards, and automated alerting workflows tailored for traders, risk officers, and IT operations.
System Monitoring & Health Checks: Perform daily system monitoring to verify the integrity and availability of key infrastructure, applications, and databases.
Automation & Scripting: Develop and maintain scripts (e.g., Shell, Python, or Perl) to automate tool-related administrative tasks, data extraction, and alert integrations.
Incident Management & L2 Support: Troubleshoot tool performance issues, investigating false alarms, and partner with vendor support for complex problem resolution.
