1. Analysis and implementation of the current and updated regulations / circulars / Guidelines / directions issued by IFSCA/SEZ including Anti-Money Laundering Guidelines
1. Preparing summary and comparative analysis
2. Communicating and educating the stakeholders
3. Logging actionables on the relevant stakeholders
- Updating compliance certification in line with the IFSCA regulatory framework
- Review of marketing creatives and customer communications
- Ensure tracking and timely submission of reports and regulatory responses to regulatory authroities
- Making representations to the Regulatory Authorities for business enablement including review and analysis of exposure drafts/white papers issued by the Regulatory Authorities
- Review of Agreements from compliance perspective
- Support business teams and other stakeholders with addressing queries
Preferred qualification - CS/CA/LLB
Experience - 2-3 years
