Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and service quality
- Lead and manage operations teams across functions/locations
- Design and implement process improvements to optimize productivity
- Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements
- Prepare and present operational MIS reports to leadership
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and quality standards
