We are hiring for a HR Executive role for our client, a growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate onboarding and induction for new joiners
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support payroll processing by coordinating attendance and leave data
- Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communications
- Handle day-to-day HR queries and employee grievances
- Support statutory compliance documentation (PF, ESI, etc.)
Required Skills:
- Good understanding of recruitment and HR operations processes
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
- Ability to multitask and manage confidential information
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
Good to Have:
- Experience with HRMS/HRIS tools
- Exposure to bulk/volume hiring
- MBA/PGDM in HR
