Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns.
Coordinate with internal teams, including event planners, production, and marketing, to fulfill client requirements.
Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to client specifications.
Provide regular updates to clients on project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
Address any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and qualified manner.
Conduct client satisfaction surveys and gather feedback to improve service quality.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to anticipate client needs and market demands.
Terms of Placement -
1. You will be paid for conveyance for official visits and use of mobile for official work on behalf of the company on Actuals.
2. You will devote the whole of your time,
attention and skills to our organization during your employment and will use your best endeavors to promote our company as per the directions of the company and undertake not to do anything against the interest of company.
3. You hereby agree not to hold or take any other office employment and occupation whether paid or unpaid, and whether or not competing with the business of our Company
4. The office timings will be from 10.00 am to 7.00 pm, and if work demands or if you are at events, you will be required to extend work hours. You will have a holiday every Sunday, along with a list of public holidays, will share holiday list.
5. You will be available to work on events & travel out of Mumbai whenever required.
6. You will be governed by the applicable rules and regulations of our company.
7. you will be working in the company for a minimum of 2 Years, with an exception of occurrence of emergency situations
