We have an opportunity in ACG Corporate of a Senior Office, IT Location, ACG Group

1. Job Objective

- To deliver productive IT support by ensuring robust IT asset management, patch management,license compliance, and end-user lifecycle management, while maintaining adherence tosecurity, audit, and operational standards.

1. Primary responsibilities

Strategic and planning
- IT Asset Management:
- Maintain end-to-end asset lifecycle (Allocation, tracking, disposal)
- Ensure asset data accuracy in IT systems (SAM/CMDB)
- Patch management and compliance tracking
- License compliance monitoring and optimization
- Closure of IT tickets as per defined SLA
- Timely resolution of SOC tickets

Functional
Core: -
1. Patch Management including patch monitoring, testing, releasing and rollout.
2. Patch compliance tracking.
3. Helpdesk Monitoring & SLA Management.
4. VIP support & Escalation management
5. Helpdesk call analysis and continuous service improvement
6. Root Cause analysis and RCA Report creation.

Office 365 administration & Mailbox creation, deletion and management.
8. Endpoint security (Anti-virus, EDR monitoring and reporting)
9. Cloud backup monitoring & reporting.
10. Asset Management & License Compliance
11. Active Directory management.
12. New Project/application rollout in group companies including overseas.
13. Overseas Support.
14. SOC tickets management.
15. Conduct internal compliance reviews.
16. MDM/MAM (Intune) management.

1. Key Result Areas

Responsible for:
-Managing complete IT asset lifecycle and maintaining accurate inventory
-Ensuring asset reconciliation and audit readiness
- Achieving patch compliance across all managed systems
- Ensuring software license compliance and optimization
- Managing end-user lifecycle (onboarding, movement, offboarding)
- Timely closure of IT tickets as per SLA
- Conducting internal IT audits and ensuring closure of audit findings
- Maintaining compliance documentation and governance reports.
