Real-time monitoring of transactions and alerts for fraud detection & prevention
Transaction and fraud monitoring using systems/tools, Finacle & Dotnet
Customer verification calls for suspicious transactions
Channel blocking and account freeze marking when required
MIS preparation and tracker management
Actioning branch emails and service requests within TAT




Coordination with internal stakeholders

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in Transaction Monitoring / Fraud Monitoring / Transaction Screening preferred
Good analytical and logical skills
Robust communication skills
Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
Keen eye for detail
Comfortable working in 24x7 rotational shifts
